Services Partners
Services Partners offer complementary services based on planningIT and its methodology. Services Partners may offer two types of services:
- Consulting
Consulting Partners provide content and services that complement and add value to planningIT. Partners typically establish EA governance structures and processes to enable fast and successful planningIT implementations. Content and services may be packaged and jointly offered and promoted. These offerings comprise planningIT configurations and content based on partner expertise and/or methodology.
- Implementation
Implementation Partners provide trained and certified consultants who implement planningIT solutions and methodology and integrate planningIT into the IT landscape of our customers.

Sales Partners
Sales Partners support and conduct alfabet sales activities or distribute planningIT independently in a specified territory or market segment. Sales partnerships may range from a referral, where the partner benefits from a referral fee and the license contract is signed between alfabet and the customer, all the way to resellers who distribute planningIT independently.

Value Added Resellers
A Value Added Reseller combines a sales and services partnership. A VAR resells planningIT as a complete solution. The added value comes from professional services such as integration, configuration, consulting, training and implementation.
